Really enjoying working on this wee head study she definately is a little It can sometimes be difficult to get the facial structure on young foals but this little darling has a beautiful head and I reckon going to be quite a head turner as she matures. She is a bit woollie in the reference photos but hopefully I know enough about horses to pick out her bone structure. It's the next best thing too running my hands over her.
It's been a dreadful day here today weatherwise, makes me glad to have an inside job......well in between attending to the horses. Speaking of them better get up to the yard and tuck them in for the night. I'm lucky that they are stabled in an enclosed yard so they can wander around the yard when it's to wet for them to go into the paddock.
Hope you'll pop in tomorrow to see how the princess has progressed and thanks for looking in today.

Visit the Gallery Blog to see whats available direct from the studio and where my work is being exhibited. Commissions are being accepted, enquiries to me.
