"GOLD IN THE SNOW" ACRYLIC 6X8 ALL TWEAKED......

Gold in the Snow
Acrylic 6x8

Much happier now that I've gone back and done a bit of tweaking with this painting. I added some more golden stubble in the snow on the foreground. I also deepend the glow on the horizon and thinned the distant hawthorn. Sweet dreams for me now :)

This is beautiful, Elizabeth! I love how the gold tones and glow on the horizon add just the right amount of warmth to balance out this frosty scene. Brava!

Thanks Karen and Gail I really got a lot of pleasure from this one. Sometimes I feel I hurry a little too much, desperate to have a piece done. I took my time with this one and waited till it told me it was done!
