"BLUE HAZE" ACRYLIC 16X16

"Blue Haze"
Acrylic 16x16 on board

The beauty of being an artist is being able to bring a touch of Spring to the studio when outside is chittering in below zero temperatures.

Such a pretty blue Elizabeth, and your right about bringing spring indoors,I'm fed up with this cold weather, spring can't come soon enough for me.Lovely painting.

Glad you like it Diana, snow has started here again...not what the doctor ordered. Just think we've still got the rest of January and February to go!

Amen, sister! To be able to "bring a touch of spring" into the studio is indeed one of the perks of being an artist. After a week of absolutely beautiful days, we're anticipating really our first "severe winter storm" of the season tomorrow. Not nearly as severe as you have it there in the North Atlantic, I'm sure, but cold enough to have to bring in all the pots of roses, geraniums and pansies I've just planted.

BEAUTIFUL painting ... I love those refreshing blues and greens. Stay warm, friend!

Love the spring colors. Gorgeous! I'm ready for spring myself and it doesn't even get that cold her in Texas!

Yes Lee there is just something about Spring a freshness I think that makes it stand apart from the other seasons. And I guess no matter where you live you feel that :)
